This Site is a non-commercial portfolio project that provides deck-building tools for a trading card game mobile app. It is created and operated by a solo developer and is intended to demonstrate technical skills to potential employers.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

6. User Content and Deck Data

When you create deck compositions on this Site:

• You do not claim ownership over the Pokémon cards themselves (those are owned by their respective copyright holders)
• Your deck compositions (the selection and arrangement of cards) are functional data, not creative works subject to copyright
• By publishing decks, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display this data as necessary to provide the service
• You may delete your deck data at any time by deleting your account
• We reserve the right to remove data that violates these terms or is used for malicious purposes

7. No Commercial Use

This Site is provided free of charge as a portfolio project. It is not a commercial service and:

• No purchases or transactions are conducted
• No advertising or monetization is implemented
• No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding availability or functionality

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
